SOFA SESSION
“I came away with tools to help me overcome it and most of all HOPE! Thank you Anna.”
Parenting a neurodivergent child is deeply rewarding—but it can also feel overwhelming, exhausting, and isolating. In this one-hour session, I’ll share professional and personal insights on navigating stress, managing burnout, and finding moments of rest—even when time off feels impossible. You are not alone.
Parenting a neurodivergent child comes with deep love and connection—but it also brings challenges that can leave you feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and unseen.
In this workshop, I explore what it truly means to navigate this version of parenting, offering practical tools to help you navigate it with more ease and self-compassion.
In this one-hour session, we cover:
Why your brain is working harder than other parents’ and how to reduce shame around that.
The neuroscience behind chronic stress and parental burnout, plus how to support your nervous system.
The exhaustion of being misunderstood and how to protect your energy while finding people who truly ‘get it.’
Managing comparison and grief when life doesn’t look the way you expected.
How to find moments of respite, even when time off feels impossible.
When your partner has a different parenting approach, and how to work together.
The hidden strengths of raising a neurodivergent child and how this journey can shape you in powerful ways.
This session is not about doing more—it’s about finding ways to carry less. If you’ve been feeling stretched thin, this is your chance to take a breath, gain some validation, and learn practical ways to support yourself as much as you support your child.
