THE WEEK ON WORTH COURSE
“…genuinely life changing…it has transformed me…thank you.”
The Week on Worth Course challenges everything you have been taught to believe about what makes you worthy of love and good things. It aims to help you develop healthy, life-changing, self-esteem from the bottom up.
In this one-week, self-guided course I will guide you through addressing and beginning to develop your self-esteem.
The decisions we make, the relationships we have, how much rest we get, the guilt we carry, our ability to embrace and enjoy good things, all comes down to our self-esteem.
You’ll discover the advice I give to my clients, alongside my own personal anecdotes. You’ll be encouraged to think, reflect and engage in a way that will address and develop your self-esteem.
You’ll find daily reading and journal points to engage in each day. Take your time, write notes in a journal or answer in your mind. These concepts, tools, and insights have undoubtedly changed my life and the way that I feel on a daily basis. I am excited for you to read the words on these pages, and for the light bulb moments you’ll experience.
Our self-worth is the foundation upon which our lives our built. It determines the decisions we make, the boundaries we place, the relationships we have and how confident we feel in ourselves.
We invest so much energy trying to improve ourselves. Yet good habits often fall by the wayside because we cannot self-develop our way to self-worth.
