SOFA SESSION
“This one hour has been worth 20 hours of private therapy. You just get it and that’s so important.”
Do you find yourself preoccupied with anxiety about illness in yourself or others? Do you ruminate over potential symptoms and find your mind rushing ahead into worst case scenarios?
Join me for an hour long, interactive sofa session on health anxiety. I will be sharing both professional and personal tips and insights.
Here is your reminder that there is so much hope for anxiety.
Whilst it may indeed be very common, it does not mean that it needs to be your normal. I have seen people’s lives changed using the insights and techniques I share within the course, but I can also tell you that they have changed mine too.
