Taking the step to start therapy is a courageous decision. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, seeking deeper self-understanding, or navigating a difficult chapter in your life, therapy can provide the space for reflection, growth, and healing. As a Psychotherapist, I am passionate about supporting you as you navigate your feelings, challenges, and hopes in a compassionate, collaborative environment.

My Background

I hold a BSc in Social Psychology and completed my MA at Regent’s University, London School of Psychotherapy and Counselling Psychology. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of clinical settings, from a GP surgery to a prestigious Wimpole Street Clinic. I have also had the opportunity to share my thoughts on therapy in books, the press, and media, as well as working extensively in the corporate world, helping individuals and teams foster better emotional well-being and resilience.

My Approach

Every client is unique, and therefore therapy should be as individual as you are. As an integrative therapist I draw from a wide range of therapeutic techniques including the Psychodynamic, Humanistic and Existential approaches. I also weave in my understanding of Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques. This diverse toolkit allows me to tailor our sessions to your specific needs, ensuring that we work from a place of deep empathy, respect, and authenticity.

My goal is to meet you where you are and draw from different therapeutic models to help you explore deeper emotional insights while finding practical solutions for everyday life, whether you’re grappling with the past or navigating present challenges.

A core belief that informs my practice is that mental well-being and physical health are interconnected. I encourage clients to engage in practices that nurture both their emotional and physical well-being, whether it’s through mindfulness, self-care, or embracing stillness.

What to expect

Warm and Supportive Environment

When you work with me we take the time to truly understand what you’re going through. I want you to feel that you are not alone on this journey—whether we are unpacking past experiences, understanding present struggles, or planning for the future, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

Open and Honest Communication

I encourage a collaborative approach in our sessions. You will be an active participant in your therapy, setting the goals, identifying areas you want to focus on, and developing actionable strategies to work through them. Together, we will explore new ways of thinking, create healthy coping strategies, and nurture resilience.

Regular Reviews

We regularly review our sessions to ensure we’re progressing toward your goals and that the therapeutic approach continues to be aligned with your needs.

Where we'll meet

I offer sessions at my home in Surrey, where you can enjoy a peaceful, private environment to reflect and explore. If you prefer a more mobile setting, I also offer phone sessions while you go for a walk. Walking therapy is a wonderful way to combine the benefits of movement with the therapeutic process—allowing you to feel more at ease while speaking freely in nature.

Areas of Focus

I have worked with a wide range of clients, and I specialize in supporting people with the following:
